1940s evening

Great fun was had in Tredington Village Hall last night when Tredington and Stoke Orchard WI celebrated their 60th Anniversary meeting. Nadine Carr, aka Lady Atherton was the speaker for the evening, perfectly chosen to fit the theme.

Seldom has a headscarf and rollers looked so elegant as on WI Secretary Gill, who also brought along the most delicious pecan tartlets. She's promised to share the recipe too - yummy!
